Stress free
I am able to get many projects done quicker and more efficiently with the use of PDFfiller. I enjoy the benefit of multiple different ways to finalize the project, send for signatures, print, email, save, etc.
I love that this software is simple to use and I don't feel I need training to use it. Almost all the functions this software has is what I need to complete task in my professional role.
I wish there were ways to combine documents, or if there is, making it easier to do so.

Needed an online PDF editor for contracts, works better than expected!

The availability of it from any device, anywhere. All the platforms are great both the web and local apps.
Sometimes it's laggy because it runs online but I suppose that's the tradeoff of having it available everywhere.

I love the concept. This pdfFiller was extremely helpful with the form I needed to use. Much more than the IRS website. I would recommend this company working with them for more accuracy on the forms. I understood my document much better with the step by step process.

sometimes the app freezes and takes a few minutes to load which can be inconvenient when files are needed quickly. Also some features also drag for example the signature portion. Overall great app which I use daily for my work.

I would love to attend a webinar eventually, but time right now does not allow it. I have been extremely pleased with pdfFiller and recommend it to everyone I know who has to fill out a lot of forms.
Maybe slower than hand writing , but legible which is extremely important. My biggest issue is somehow I have two accounts with other documents saved and do not know how to merge them. That was my problem not realizing i had an account already. Thank yall so much!!!

Are minutes of settlement binding?
This case is a reminder that a binding contract may be made before minutes of settlement are signed. Once the essential terms are established, the deal may be binding, even where the parties are still haggling over addition of further and more minor terms.
What are Settlement minutes?
Minutes of Settlement Definition: A formal record of a contract which settles one or more live issues before a Court. Sometimes, during or just before trial, an agreement on one or all issues before a court is arrived at between the parties, usually as a result of out-of-court discussions.
How do you enforce a settlement?
If a defendant signed a settlement agreement and agreed to pay your medical expenses, they are required to do so by the terms of the agreement. If they do not, a judge can enforce the settlement agreement by entering a judgment against the defendant, ordering them to pay the agreed upon amounts.
