Overall a great product. My only qualm with the software is the picture quality of the pages displayed when a user is selecting pages to "save as." The images are not clear enough for anyone to distinguish pages. A zoom function would be much appreciated.

Keep your produce as fresh as possible with these guidelines* for storing fruits and vegetables. Leave refrigerated produce unwashed in its original packaging or wrapped loosely in a plastic bag. (Exceptions, such as mushrooms and herbs, are noted below.)
Most vegetables, like carrots, potatoes, broccoli, cabbage and celery should be stored in a plastic bag or container in the crispest of your fridge. Mushrooms are best stored in a paper bag. Vegetables should be stored in a different part of the fridge than fruit. This will prevent them from ripening too fast.
For fruits: Non-cherry stone fruits, avocados, tomatoes, mangoes, melons, apples, and pears will continue to ripen if left sitting out on a countertop, while items like bell peppers, grapes, all citrus, and berries will only deteriorate and should be refrigerated.
In The Fridge They soften ten times faster at room temperature. Most fruits and veggies can be stored in the refrigerator. A crisper drawer will help protect your produce and keep the moisture in to maintain freshness for longer.
Use produce bags. Store fruits and vegetables in breathable produce bags, so they are able to absorb moisture and air. Watch out for cold-sensitive items. Know your ethylene produce. Leave some produce out of the fridge. Dry your washed veggies.
Keep potatoes, onions, and tomatoes in a cool, dry place, but not in the fridge. Green leaves are known to lose their freshness very quickly. To keep your fresh Greene longer and fresher, store them in bags filled with a little air then seal it tightly.
Most fresh fruit, including apples, berries and grapes, will last longer if kept in their original packaging and stored in the crispest of your fridge. Berries can last in the fridge for about a week. Plastic bags with tiny vents (openings) help keep fruit fresh longer by releasing moisture.
