The forms are very easy to fill out. I was unable to comments in a few places where I ran out of room for heirs and needed to include a comment to refer to an additional page.

What's there not to like? I mean this is the best application I've ever had for making changes to docs, signing docs and editing docs.

Nothing! I really enjoy this product and I think it's priced fair as well!

I have 2 companies that I utilize one billing system for. PDFfiller allows me to edit the logo and name on the invoice to reflect the 2nd company. Saves an enormous amount of time and confusion for the clients that belong to both companies.

I love that I can alter a pdf with just about anything. I can also send forms to my clients to e-sign through a secure site. Often I use it to sign documents that are sent to me as well.

The only drawback that I have is if I upload a document and want to use it for different customers, it doesn't save each one individually.

Functionality. But some links could be more clearer. For example, how to delete an entire line from a pdf? I figured it out but took some trial and error.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICIES
Used PDFfiller for one document and forgot to cancel my trial subscription. As soon as I was billed, I contacted customer support for a refund and Anna from the customer support team did it immediately. The process was so swift that even I was surprised. It works well in that you can fill out the form, but it would be great if you could move the text box once you've started. I was unable to do that and had to start over in some cases because alignment was off.

What is a conditional field?
A conditional field is a field that is hidden from the respondent's view by default. Once triggered by a multiple choice option, it is visible on the form. To create a conditional field, you must have a multiple-choice field to trigger it. Conditional fields cannot be triggered by text input questions.

Conditionally required fields must be completed if certain conditions are met. For example if an institution responds Yes that is has a certain program, then a description of that program may be required. (The trigger for each conditionally required field is outlined in the STARS Technical Manual).
