I needed PDF Filler (or something like it) for a specific purpose and for a short time. It got the job done. I was surprised to see the Annual Fee ($72.00) show up on my credit card statement, instead of the monthly fee ($6.00). I cancelled my subscription on 4/11/2016, and have been checking my statements for a refund. Am I waiting in vain?

Store: If not wearing contact lenses immediately, store them in a closed lens case. Do not store your lenses in simple saline in place of Biotrue multi-purpose solution. Saline solution will not disinfect. Lenses may be stored in the unopened case until ready to wear, up to a maximum of 30 days.
Use distilled water to store the lenses (much safer than tap water). However, if you're absolutely desperate, you could mix 240 ml of tap water with a teaspoon of salt. Just make sure you boil the tap water beforehand. But keep in mind: This saline solution has no cleansing effect.

If your lens has simply shriveled up on the counter, you can soak it in your contact case filled with solution for 24 hours. However, because it has sat out for so long, it's more susceptible to breakage and may not last very long.
You should never, ever store your contacts in water. Despite being purified, tap water can still contain bacteria and other microorganisms that can cause serious eye infections. And water does not disinfect your contact lenses.
Depending on the suggested replacement schedule (or wear cycle) of your contacts, you may keep them in contact solution in a tightly closed contact lens case for up to 30 days. However, storing your contacts in solution won't extend that wear cycle.

The simple answer is that monthly contact lenses are only good for 30 days once their package has been opened, regardless of how many times they are worn in those 30 days. Yes, this means that even if you only use them once a month, you have to throw them out after 30 days.
