I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. The only difficulty I encountered was figuring out how to find subsequent forms. I worked it out -= probably not in the most expeditious way - but I will happily use the service in the future.

A bit difficult to navigate…
A bit difficult to navigate through/enter updates unless you use this on a regular basis. Once the memory kicks in, it's a GREAT tool for making easy changes/adding necessary information.

I forgot to cancel after free subscription expired.... My account was debited for the year subscription but my rent was die and they refunded my money. I was so scared about how to get the money.... No worries at all thank you

Fabulous for filling out any forms online, especially when online applications are not quite right, you can line up any type of print in the boxes to look professional, even check mark in boxes!

Love this app very easy to use
Love this app very easy to use. I highly recommend for applications that require "fill in" sections, majority of us have terrible handwriting and there is nothing more annoying than explaining what you wrote. Also you want to ensure your application is submitted as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The experience is great because there have been some documents that I needed to change, but for the free trial I wasn't expected to get charged at all. It's free for a reason. That's all apart from that, it's a great tool to have.
