it is good but finding documents is difficult, and the UI is a little bit hard to use at first. Double clicking on a document should open it, but it doesn't.

This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. where has this been all my life. i'm 20 minutes into download, clicked buy, installed laptop & cell. already created two forms & makes my time with older versions of fillable PDF generator programs seem like a million years ago.
