What do you like best?
We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!
What do you dislike?
The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
PDFfiller is wonderful for our new patients! We send them to our website and have them navigate to where we have the clickable button to either complete the forms online or to print and bring them with to their appointment.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Where Do I Store My Letters of Recommendation? Most schools provide a letter storage service via their career center or some other resource. There are also online letter holding services such as Interfolio. You can ask your letter writers to send the letter directly to the service or upload it whenever they are ready.
In general you should ask for a letter of recommendation for a particular purpose at the time you need it. That purpose might be as generic as “admission to graduate programs in my field” or “to get a job as a software developer”, and the same or similar letter might reasonably be sent to several places.
Don't ask someone to lie. You should aim for a truthful reference. Don't ever forge signatures. Your recommendation letter must be genuine. Don't be surprised if the person you are asking for a recommendation letter asks you to write a letter that they will later modify and sign.
Schools often ask for letters of recommendation from an academic teacher sometimes in a specific subject or a school counselor or both. Ask a counselor, teachers and your family who they think would make good references. Perhaps most important, pick someone who will be enthusiastic about writing the letter for you.
You say: I'm applying for an internship, and I need to include two letters of recommendation. Would you be willing to write one for me? You say: Thank you for agreeing to write a letter of recommendation for me. You say: I know this is a busy time of year for you.
As with any other recommendation letter, stored letters must be signed and ideally written on official letterhead. Once you're ready to apply to medical school, you can request that the storage service send your letters to the application system.
At minimum, most schools will ask you to submit one of the following: Three individual letters: two letters from science professors and one letter from a non-science professor. These letters are to be sent directly to AMCAS by individual professors or by your school via a letter packet.
You can reuse your letters of recommendation, but medical schools do not keep them on file, so you will need to resubmit them each time you apply. Just because you can reuse a letter of recommendation doesn't mean you should. If you are reapplying, consider the quality of your current letters of recommendation.
