Easy to send out fillable contracts to my clients and then be able to modify or change existing docs to suit my needs
Numerous templates of forms available. Perfect to create and modify contracts and my documents

The software if very intuitive. No wasted time trying to figure out how to use the software.
Not having to update the software periodically or pay high Adobe license costs.
Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it.
May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.

The service was great and really useful! I've used it for the past year- I just didnt need it and couldn't afford it this year- the reason I'm giving 5 stars is because when I went to cancel it within a month of by mistake letting it renew- they (Jerome in the chatbox) were SOOOO AMAZING and helpful! With so many companies they completely dehumanize you and fight for ages when you try to cancel. It has given me immense respect for this company that they were kind and helpful!

What do you like best?
User friendly. Can do anything I really need, from editing pdfs, splitting up and saving parts of documents, signed documents, etc.
What do you dislike?
The sign in page can be a bit wonky and hard to see if you're signed in. If you've been signed out and start uploading it puts you into the trial mode, and once you figure out whats going on you have to start over.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Signing documents is really important for me, which is the biggest benefit. But the ability to edit and fill out pdf documents has been wonderful as well.

How do you store rubber seals?
Temperature. Storage temperatures should not exceed 50 °C. Humidity. Optimum humidity is about 65% in a draft-free atmosphere. Light. Oxygen and Ozone. Deformation. Contact with Liquid and Semi-Solid Material. Contact with Metals. Contact with Non-Metals.
How do you preserve rubber O rings?
O-rings must be stored below 100° F (38° C). Like food items, colder temperatures mean better preservation. But before installation, O-rings must be brought back to room temperature to remain flexible. Humidity must be monitored carefully as well, as dry environments will affect the rubber.
How do you make an O ring seal better?
While you can try to get a little more life out of them by greasing them up with a pretty stiff silicone grease (typically found as o-ring grease or vacuum grease) that will likely cost more than new o-rings if you don't already have a tube (it helps improve life if applied sparingly to new o-rings.)
What is the best lubricant for O rings?
Why silicone lubricant grease is the best type for rubber o-rings and seals. Most O-rings are made from synthetic rubbers. Namely: nitrite, EDM and Neoprene. It is true that petroleum products will degrade natural rubber.
How do you clean rubber O rings?
Clean the components with warm water and mild detergent only. Look for worn edges, fractures or cuts. Replace any O-ring or seal that appears to be less than perfect. Water may leak from damaged rubber components.
How do you store rubber?
Store rubber parts in opaque containers to avoid exposing them to light. Rubber parts should be stored away from circulating air and sources of ozone. Storage area should remain dry, below 75% relative humidity and at temperatures above 5° C (41°F) and below 38°C (100°F).
How do you preserve rubber products?
Ideally, rubber and plastic objects should be stored in cold, dark, dry, and oxygen-free conditions. For many plastics and all rubbers, excluding oxygen from the air surrounding the objects is beneficial.
What is the best way to store rubber bands?
Separate rubber bands into piles according to size. Place each pile into separate sealable freezer bags. Place the bags in a lidded container and place this in a cool, dark area, such as a closet or drawer.
