This is a good program, but it could be more user friendly. Copying the edited PDF from the online program to my desktop was more difficult than it should have been.That said, I was able to accomplish what I wanted via this program.

PDFfiller is the best, hands down
I've used just about every PDF filling service I can find and although PDFfiller is on the pricey side, I've found them to be the best because of their drawing features, beautifully organized website on both desktop and mobile, and super fast customer support. If you need to fill out PDF's regularly, I'd say PDFfiller at $6 per month is easily worth the money.

overall it is a good product once you are accustomed to operating within its rules and time lapse with commands and follow through

I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.

Is it safe to keep house deeds at home?
House or title deeds are very important legal documents that need to be stored somewhere safe. You can keep your title deeds at home if you take some precautions, such as using a suitable safe.
What should you do with the deeds to your house?
The deeds will only be returned to the owner once the mortgage on the property has been fully paid, although photocopies of the deeds can be requested at any time. If no mortgage is held on a property then the title deeds will be kept by the owner. They can either be kept in the home or they can be held by a solicitor.
Where are deeds to a house kept?
In California, property deeds are in the County Recorders Office or Office of the Assessor-Recorder in the county in which the property is located. In some counties, if you request an older record, you may be redirected to yet another department that maintains archived records.
What happens if you lose the deeds to your house?
If the deeds went missing or were destroyed while in the custody of a law firm or financial institution then, if satisfied with the evidence, the Land Registry will register the property with an absolute title. If not, then it is usually the case that the property will be registered with a possessor title.
Should I have my house deeds?
Generally, we only have the original title deeds when land or property is registered for the first time, as we need them to prepare the register. If the property was already registered when you bought it, the seller may not have handed over the original deeds. There's no requirement for them to do so.
Should I have the deeds to my house?
So, if your property is registered with us, you don't need the deeds to confirm your ownership. It's a good idea to keep the original deeds though, as they can hold extra information, about legal boundaries or who the previous owner was, for example.
Can you sell a house without the deeds?
A: No, as the grant of probate doesn't prove that your mother owned the property. If the property is registered, you needn't worry about the lost house deeds as the Land Registry will hold official copies of all the documents that you would require to sell the property.
