I'm getting used to it. When I was working (I'm retired now), I used Adobe Acrobat frequently, but now that I'm retired, I don't have the cash-flow luxury to own a version of Acrobat. So PDFfiler fits the bill most of the time. I'd have to say that I'm very pleased with the product.

For someone that has always had terrible hand writing this app is a blessing. Works great, easy to upload forms, fill them in and then save and print.

What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

I would recommend this product ,because it allows my agency to provide the client with the information needed. I really do not have any additional information to supply.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. How do you strike through text?
When you've got your text selected, look on the Home tab of Word's Ribbon. In the Font group, click the Strike through button (it's the three letters with a line drawn through them). Now, any text you had selected should be struck through. You can also apply strike through formatting using the Font window.

How do I get rid of strike through?
Step 1: Open your document in Word 2013. Step 2: Select the text containing the strike through that you want to remove. Step 3: Click the Home tab at the top of the window, then click the Strike through button in the Font section of the ribbon to remove the line.
