While Pdr Filer is a great tool. Customers should be given some type of training before they use the program. There are many features that are not being utilized because I don't how to they work or that they exist.

I used this product to edit and fill out an application and found the software to be very easy to use and very effective!
I unfortunately forgot to cancel my 30day free trial and was unexpectedly hit with the charge the week before payday when I really couldn’t afford it.
I explained my situation to the customer support team via chat and they happily refunded me my payment!
Could not be happier with the service they provided and the understanding of my situation.
Would definitely recommend!

For BLUE-POINT brand hand tools, unless otherwise specified with the tool, the warranty is also a LIFETIME warranty effective as long as you own the tool. For SNAP-ON brand meters, power tools, and electronic diagnostic products, the warranty period is for ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase.
How does snap on Lifetime warranty work?
During the applicable duration of the warranty, at its option, Snap-on will repair or replace its Products which fail to give satisfactory service due to defective workmanship or materials, or provide a refund by repaying or crediting Customer with an amount equal to the purchase price of such Products.
