Overall a great product
Overall very easy to use, tools are easy to manage and it's great at converting PDF to Word.
It is a little expensive but other than that, no issues.

The easiest way to fill out documents
PDFfiller changed how i started sending out documents. It is extremely user friendly and efficient. We are almost completely paper less.
Like anything else, figuring out everything I was capable of was confusing. However, once i started, it became so much easier than any other PDF changer I have ever used.

I've been a customer of ********************** for almost 2 years now. The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it. For example, I needed help with merging two documents that I needed to fax. I received help via the Chat Box within seconds of asking for assistance. It's like having your own IT team 24 hours a day! I also just found out that outbound faxes are included in the price and, if you want your own inbound fax number, $20.00 a month gets you your own fax number! The list goes on and on. Amazing product and service
Amazing product and service. I had an issue with their billing, and it was literally resolved in 2 mins! No kidding. The product is also really useful if you have to deal with PDFs frequently.

Ability to edit pdf files and general ease of use
What do you dislike?
Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Not really any problems - just a few areas the program feels clunky.
