How do I add a pop-up note to a PDF?
To create a pop-up note, select on the annotation toolbar and click it on any part of the page without text. A pop-up window will appear. You can delete the pop-up note by tapping the trash bin icon. You can also move the note around by dragging it.

How do I change the strike through color on a PDF?
There are several ways to mark a PDF to provide feedback or point out something you want to remember. Mark up text: Select some text, then choose a highlight color, Underline or Strike through from the Markup menu. You can also select a markup tool without selecting text, then click the text you want to mark up.
How do I do a strike through in PDF?
Choose Tools > Comment, and select the Highlight Text tool, the Strike through Text tool, or the Underline Text tool. Note: If you want to apply more than one comment using the Strikeout Text tool or the Underline Text tool, choose Keep Tool Selected from the Options' menu after you select the tool.

I like how intuitive PDFfiller works compared to using a typical graphic design application to fill out PDF forms. I have been able to use PDFfiller very smoothly in the time that I've used it, but it's not always perfect when it comes to formatting certain documents. I think they are improving all the time though.

I would recommend PDFfiller for filling out digital documents, for sure. I think if you compare it to other cloud-based software tools, you'll see that it can work more smoothly with your workflow in many cases.
