It works good but is clumsy to figure out some things should be easier like saving an altered document to your computer. Currently I have to pretend to print it then in the printer tell it to save as a PDF to my computer instead.

It's probably just me but it's hard to figure out what does what.Also trying to figure out what I can move on a PDF and what I have to erase and fill-in again. Otherwise I think it's one of the best. I should also say seems be working with my Dragon NaturallySpeaking

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. I had a few problems with my docs at first because I didn't know where to find things. They have videos - but, they always skip over the most necessary details. I contacted support and they were extremely helpful I decided to invest in the purchase of this. I've avoided paying for document paying memberships for years, because I am a cheapskate.
