I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. editing document is fine. Underlining is hard to figure out. Simply saving for future use (not exporting) is not clear but I stumbled on a solution that I hope will work.

Easy to Use but Not Free
This is a typical program that is easy to use as long as you are familiar with PDF editing programs. They do provide tips when you first begin in case you need them. My only complaint and it is for all these "free" programs, is that there are no free programs. All of them make you sign up with your info for a trial period and if you don't like it you better be sure to cancel before the intro period is up or you will be hit with an annual fee.
