Filling in the pdf was great, however when I saved the file using "Save As" the text was not spaced out in the boxes but overwritten making it difficult to read.

Saving the doc from the pdf fillable to Word and then making any changes, changes spacing and became difficult to navigate the changes when trying to save as.

Good features pdffiller has. Only thing I would request is to reduce fee for indian retired customers like me. I am 58 years old and self-financed and survive on pension.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Good Features but you have to nothing is for free
I was so delighted by how easy and intuitive this pdf editor is to use.
You upload a word doc you want to convert to pdf or a pdf file that you want to edit. You edit and are very impressed.
Until I tried to save.
It's browser based but it basically does everything you wish you can do to a pdf file. The interface is very intuitive and can get you going n the first sitting.
It will let you edit but you will be unable to save your work until you subscribe.
