I really like it. I have not read all of the instructions, but have used it on several forms. Would like to know how to print a form, without all of the background being printed. I mean, I upload a form. Fill it in and then try to print to the form that I have. It prints everything, when I just want to print what I filled in. For instance, had a problem with my QuickBooks. Wanted to print a check, quickly. Thought I will just upload a check, fill it in and print in on my check. It wanted to print everything. Of course, the bank will not take that, because if it just isn't quite right, it can look altered. Is there a way to do it? Of course, as you know everyone just wants to start working and not read the instructions. Thank you

A few features were missing when I first started using it but they have added functionality and it's much better now.

The amount of options to edit and do things with your PDF files is just amazing, for example in the editor feature you can add text, modify tables, add checkmarks, search and replace, edit text, makes notes and so on, and like this there are a lot of options for your file, like the possibility of add a personal sign, or insert and image, or make a password, this a really amazing app for your PDF fIles.
I really do not have any complain about this app, because it comes with all the tools that you need to work with your PDF files, even the free version as powerful as the pay one.

It is easy to complete the form by flowing the wizard's help. It is legible and neat for reviewer's to read. It is fast and easy to upload and download, and finally signing with an accurate date/time stamp.

*** ****** is literally the best *** Filling *** out there. ******. All the functionalities of *** filler are remarkable and make doing business a complete breeze. Unfortunately the Platform I use daily - is cheaper however - isnt as functional as *** filler. So I tried completing my need with them as I have used them in the past. So I signed up for the trial - attempted my documents - I failed; closed the window and forgot about the subscription. This morning I woke up and saw the charge, I couldnt remember what Email I even signed up with. I emailed *** ****** at 5 am and got an immediate response with an agent ready to help. They asked easy questions and were able to locate my account and issue an immediate refund. I dont think there are words to express how incredible and unmatched that level of customer service is. Can a friend witness a deed?
A party to a deed cannot be a witness to another signature to that deed. Legislation does not prohibit a signatory's spouse, co-habitee or civil partner from acting as a witness and it is also generally acceptable for an employee of a party to witness that party's signature.

Is a release of a mortgage the same as a deed?
You should have received your deed at the closing upon purchasing the property. Unlike a car title, a new deed is not generated when you pay off your mortgage. The lender will record a Release/Satisfaction of Mortgage with our office to prove the mortgage has been paid.
Who can witness signing a mortgage deed?
Any individual over the age of 18 who possesses sufficient maturity can act as a witness. However, the witness should not have any personal interest in the mortgage deed or be a family member. It is important that the witness is independent and free from any potential conflicts of interest.
Can brothers' girlfriend witness a mortgage deed?
Your witness must be over the age of 18 and they must not be a relative/family member.
