Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Changed my small business capabilities

I can't see any downside to this software. There is nothing I have tried to accomplish that I have not been able to do with this software.
