I lost you.... I found you then I tried to get a refund unable to figure out your site.... I tried for months you can see it was never used, CHASE tried to reach you...long story you had popped up I never noticed the name of this when I crashed that was it... I have all of the old emails off a hard drive on a back up device... I might re sign but 30 days is not worth losing 72.00 I dont use this much most of my forms are already loaded not sure yet I have become further disabled trying to recover back then your chat did not work nothing....

What do you like best?
That I am able to take any non-fillable pdf document and make it fillable.
What do you dislike?
I find the ease of use of the website decreased with the updated version. Not impossible, but less ease of use. Nothing too bad.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use pdfiller in all aspects of my job where non-fillable documents are not available. From Business Management to Human Resources.

I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the… I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. Great For PDF Easy access for my customer to fill out any paperwork. Enjoy using this software because I can type my invoices as word and then save them as PDF, and nobody can modify them. w As of now I really enjoy this software everything looks very neat when either im emailing any document or receiving.

Actual Customer Support I sent a question in via their form, and honestly expected a "word search" systemic response. Not only did I get a issue-specific response, the corrective actions were clear and documented with screen shots, making it easy for me to correct my mistake and move forward.

What do you like best? Easy to replace text, add images, send for signatures, etc. What do you dislike? The organization of "my documents" is not very intuitive. Also wish there was an option to open the document without downloading. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have been able to complete team documents with multiple signers who are all in remote locations. I am able to rearrange and create valuable reports each month.

Great tool to simply fill out PDF Nothing super fancy but a stable, well purposed PDF editor that has easy access to upload and download PDFs. Easy to upload and download PDFs for simple editing tasks. Whether wanting to fill out with text or signatures, very simple to edit freely on a PDF. A lot of competitors that are web based make this another run of the mill PDF editor. Nothing super fancy.
