the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

What is structural break in time series?
It's called a structural break when a time series abruptly changes at a point in time. This change could involve a change in mean or a change in the other parameters of the process that produce the series. Structural break tests help us to determine when and whether there is a significant change in our data.

What does the Chow test show?
The Chow test is a statistical and econometric test of whether the coefficients in two linear regressions on different data sets are equal. The Chow test was invented by economist Gregory Chow. In econometrics, the Chow test is most commonly used in time series analysis to test for the presence of a structural break.
What is the 52 17 rule?
Specifically, the most productive people work for 52 minutes at a time, then break for 17 minutes before getting back to it (similar to the Pomodoro Method more on that here). Therefore, during the 52 minutes of work, you're dedicated to accomplishing tasks, getting things done, and making progress.
How long can you focus without a break?
Takeaway: As a general rule, you should take more breaks than you already are. Studies show that in the morning, we can work for (at most) 90 minutes at a time before we begin to lose focus. Throughout the day, we should break for about 15 minutes for every hour we work.
How long can you study for without a break?
If you take a long break before you reach that threshold, you won't remember as much. So, you're better off NOT taking a break. DON'T study for 20 minutes, take a 30-minute break and then study for another 20 minutes. You'd be better off powering through the 40 minutes without a break.
What is the best study to break ratio?
It might not be a ten-minute break every hour, but rather a five-minute break every half an hour. Studying in short bursts can be effective for some people, as your ideal study break depends on your personal concentration cycles.
