I had some issues with my account and billing so I used their live chat and it took no more than 3 minutes for them to settle my issue and refund my money. I am very pleased with the program but I was upset to find out that I could not print or save unless I signed up for your trial period. But this was just what I needed, when I needed it. I would recomend to my friends.
