I stumbled onto this software product because I needed to redo a 2012 - 1099 form. Since then, I've used it for other forms and I LOVE THE SOFTWARE!! I can't tell enough other people how great it is.

I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

If you are the owner of an LLC, then there are many titles that you can give yourself. You can call yourself a CEO, President, Treasurer, Secretary, Vice President, or any other name that is appropriate. There are no laws requiring that you choose a title for yourself.
The “owner” of the LLC is its member. That individual's inherent titles could be Member, Manager, or Managing Member. LCS do not inherently have officers, but officers can be appointed.
Two of the titles used within an LLC structure are “member-managed LLC” (members) and “manager-managed LLC” (managers/managing members). These titles specify the person/people who have the duties of managing the company and contractually binding the company.
What are the owners of an LLC called? The owners of an LLC are called its members. Depending upon the size of the organization, an LLC member can assume a position resembling a partner, passive investor, or a sole proprietor. Sole Proprietor: The IRS considers the owner of a one-member LLC as a sole proprietor.
An LLC (limited liability company) can be a convenient and easy way to structure your business, whether it is a sole proprietorship or a partnership. LCS do not require a president, a CEO, or a board of directors. The members of an LLC, however, have the option of choosing a president, a CEO, or managers.
There are four main types of business structures in the U.S.: sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability and corporation. Each structure has different tax, income and liability implications for businesses owners and their companies.
Sole proprietorship, corporation, LLC: Try them on for size to find out which legal structure will best suit your business. Of all the choices you make when starting a business, one of the most important is the type of legal structure you select for your company.
The most common business structure type is a sole proprietorship. A sole proprietorship is owned and operated by one person, a sole proprietor. A sole proprietorship is a good option if you are looking to have complete control of your business.
