Works well. Had some issues with conversion time at first, seems to work well. Also had a few issues where the recipient of a PDFfiller email document, could not open the document. The problem may have been on their end. I just forwarded in a separate email. Great service and business tool. Thank you,

so far so good. Not the easiest to find document while logged in. I find I have to do a search on the document from a web browser to get to it. PFDfiller couldn't find the doc from within the app.

9/15/16: Hard to find blank forms for completion, but questions are covered well by support folks. Default is yearly subscription, but support folks were able to convert to monthly subscription at desired level.
Problem with changing previous form required upgrade to yearly business plan. The erase tool only works with upgraded plans.

I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. However, I called into the customer support line and had immediate amazing customer service in resolving my issue. My customer service rep was very detail in listening to my concerns and offering resolution. Because of the excellent customer service experience my PDfFiller representative delivered I proceeded with a one-year commitment of service and recommended these services to my family member.

Great online chat support!
Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. John resolved my issue over the weekend and Kara fixed the one I had this morning - I really appreciate both their help!

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. I had some issues with my account and billing so I used their live chat and it took no more than 3 minutes for them to settle my issue and refund my money. AMAZING customer service if I ever need a PDF filler again I will most definitely be returning here. 10/10 across the board and will be recommending to my friends!!!!
