Aside from the cost associated with its use, I love PDFfiller! It is easier to use than the typewriter function in Adobe Acrobat and I could place text exactly where I needed it. One other recommendation is adding a spell check when finishing up the document. Respectfully, -RPS

Easy to use, saves time Time utilized more efficiently, forms completed with step by step guidance, simple for beginners or working late hours, most documents are available in the library, folder organization, can add signatures all in one spot. PDF filler has a large library of documents, anyone can easily personalize templates, can prepare add signatures and finalize documents all in one step, saves time! It does not have version history. It automatically saves all changes, however comparing to old versions has to be done through downloaded pdfs

I love the features of the pdfFiller, however, I gave it a 4 rating because you couldn't precisely place the fillable icon EXACTLY where you wanted, like you can in Canva. I had to go back and correct my Canva templates to accommodate the PRECISE application. (They were circular designs, not traditional checkboxes.) If I had this option, I would have given it 5 stars. However, when I do place my fillable icon in the precise spot on the first "checkbox" it does keep all the other checkboxes in a straight line down the document, and then on the next page it can be re-adjusted again. So far, I am very happy with the pdfFiller and its features. I have plenty more applications to use it with in the future. SO-- I would give the program a 4.5.

Basic but good PDF editing. Reasonable support. Basic but good PDF editing. Writing this though cause their support is swift and reasonable. I accidentally left my subscription running for 3 months after just using the free trial for 1 PDF edit. After 1 email they refunded all 3 payments without making me jump through hoops. Thanks guys.

What do you like best? Not only is the actual program extremely easy to use, but when i did happen to need support, the guy, Ray, I was connected to was happy to fulfill my every request and in less than 5 minutes had me back to my project. And my issue was requesting my already processed payment for a whole year subscription be returned and only run for a month. I was prepared to argue and be given every excuse out there just to be let go with a bad taste in my mouth and not helped. Boy was I wrong! Ray was super helpful and more than happy to process my request. I was pleasantly surprised. You just don't find customer service reps like this anymore and it's a shame. I was extremely pleased!!! What do you dislike? I don't like that in the Google search it claims to be a free PDF editor but when you get finished with whatever you are working on, mine was 48 pages, before you can save or print the document you are asked to purchase a 1-year subscription. Recommendations to others considering the product: The program is easy to use, affordable, and customer support is top-notch. What more could you ask for?? What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I used pdfFiller to edit divorce papers I downloaded from the court clerk's website in another city in my state. PdfFiller allowed me to be able to draw up my own divorce papers instead of paying an attorney more than $500 to do it for me. Customer Service Representative, RAY, is a HUGE benefit I have realized.

A lease is a contract outlining the terms under which one party agrees to rent property owned by another party. It guarantees the lessee, also known as the tenant, use of an asset and guarantees the lessor, the property owner or landlord, regular payments for a specified period in exchange.
Summary. There are different types of leases, but the most common types are absolute net lease, triple net lease, modified gross lease, and full-service lease. Tenants and proprietors need to understand them fully before signing a lease agreement.
Triple Net Lease (NNN Lease) This is the most popular type of net lease for commercial freestanding buildings and retail space. It is known as the net net net lease, or NNN lease, where the tenant pays all or part of the three “nets”--property taxes, insurance, and CAMS--on top of a base monthly rent.
A triple net lease is typically net of three expense categories: real property taxes, insurance and maintenance. These expenses are often called operating expenses, or pass-through expenses, because the landlord passes them through to the tenant in the form of additional rent over and above the base rental rate.
A gross lease is the exact opposite of a triple net lease. Here, the landlord pays the expense of property taxes, property insurance and building maintenance. The monthly rent charged the tenant is significantly higher to cover these additional costs.
A triple net lease (triple-Net or NNN) is a lease agreement on a property where the tenant or lessee agrees to pay all real estate taxes, building insurance, and maintenance (the three “nets”) on the property in addition to any normal fees that are expected under the agreement (rent, utilities, etc.).
A lease is a contractual arrangement calling for the lessee (user) to pay the lessor (owner) for use of an asset. For example, a person leasing a car may agree that the car will only be used for personal use. The narrower term rental agreement can be used to describe a lease in which the asset is tangible property.
