I found this program on the internet when I needed something to fill a need. I used it and still have some questions as to how and what I can do with it.

I loved using this program and I don't mind (too much) paying for it, but at age 78 I don't fill out enough forms t5o justify the expense of subscribing. What about a per use fee?

What do you like best?
I use it for contracts on a day to day basis and it’s extremely easy to use and very helpful.
What do you dislike?
Honestly it’s pretty solid all the way around, maybe if there were an easier way to export files but that’s really no big deal.

What is the meaning of Resolution in crystallography?
Resolution. Resolution is a measure of the quality of the data that has been collected on the crystal containing the protein or nucleic acid. ... Most crystallographic-defined structures of proteins fall in between these two extremes.
What is b factor in crystallography?
B-factor: “temperature-factor” or “Debye-Waller factor.” A factor that can be applied to the X-ray scattering term for each atom (or for groups of atoms) that describes the degree to which the electron density is spread out.
What is r free?
Free R (also called Free) “is generally considered the most useful global measure of model-to-data agreement”. It is a statistical quantity introduced in 1992 by Axel T. Bringer to assess the quality of a model from X-ray crystallographic data.
What is occupancy in PDB file?
The primary information stored in the PDB archive consists of coordinate files for biological molecules. These files list the atoms in each protein, and their 3D location in space. These files are available in several formats (PDB, MACIF, XML).
What is an electron density map?
Electron density maps are the end results of an X-ray structure determination. The maps combine the structural model and the experimentally collected data to represent how well the model fits the data. ... These two maps are then used to correct the model when possible.
What does an electron density map show?
Electron density maps are the end results of an X-ray structure determination. The maps combine the structural model and the experimentally collected data to represent how well the model fits the data.
What is the density of an electron?
Electron density is the measure of the probability of an electron being present at a specific location.
What is electron density formula?
The current density (electric current per unit area, J=I/A) can be expressed in terms of the free electron density as. The number of atoms per unit volume (and the number free electrons for atoms like copper that have one free electron per atom) is.
What is the density of an electron cloud?
The mass of an electron is 9.109382 x 10-31 kg. Therefore, the density is estimated to be 0.0471 kg/m3. (You can neglect volume of the nucleus, which is incredibly small comparably).
How do you determine the structure of a protein?
The primary structure of a protein is determined by the gene corresponding to the protein. A specific sequence of nucleotides in DNA is transcribed into mRNA, which is read by the ribosome in a process called translation.
