I am a rookie user born of necessity since some pdf forms I needed to fill out on a website were not cooperating. I'm hooked. Very convenient and easy to use and saved me on more than one occasion (same type of issue). Now that my "crisis" is over, I want to delve into the product and actually unlock it's potential.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I've used it numerous times in Real Estate transactions to finalize contracts, revise items, and change information, etc. It makes my job much easier, neater, and smoother.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
First, the order of adverbials is off. As the Cambridge Dictionary says, adverbials of time should follow adverbials of place. When there is more than one of the three types of adverb together, they usually go in the order: manner, place, time.
Expressions of time go at the end of a statement. NEVER put Place or Time between Verb and Object I have in the kitchen breakfast. * Definite expressions of time can also go at the beginning of the sentence if they are not the main focus the sentence.
In traditional American usage, dates are written in the monthdayyear order (e.g. April 12, 2020) with a comma before and after the year if it is not at the end of a sentence, and time in 12-hour notation (2:39 pm).
When the day of the week is provided before the month, the day of the week should be followed by a comma. When the date appears in the middle of a sentence, commas should appear both before and after the year. The store closed its doors for good on Wednesday, October 15, 1958.
A comma should follow the time range if the sentence continues: The meeting is scheduled for August 31, 7-9 p.m., and will feature a guest speaker. A reference to day, date, and time requires commas between each pair of elements: The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 31, 7-9 p.m. (And don't precede a time
Sometimes, a date is written in long form, like this: Sunday, June 28, 2015 (note that there are commas after the day of the week and the day of the month, but there is no comma after the month). Sometimes, a date is written in numerical form, like this: 6/28/15 or 6/28/2015 (month/date/year).
In English grammar, sentence structure is the arrangement of words, phrases, and clauses in a sentence. The grammatical function or meaning of a sentence is dependent on this structural organization, which is also called syntax or syntactic structure.
There are four types of sentences: simple, compound, complex, and compound-complex. Each sentence is defined by the use of independent and dependent clauses, conjunctions, and subordinators.
