It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. My company provides Customer Support for the Video Gaming industry, so I know the value of a positive CS experience. Way to Go, ****!

What do you like best?
I love the ability to create forms from both pdfs and word documents. But the link to fill feature is my favorite. It allows persons to complete a form by simply sharing a link.
What do you dislike?
The sign now feature needs to be better developed. I need the ability for one person to complete a form and then get it signed by others before being returned to me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are able to cut down on printing cost, and have been able to reduce turnover time for gathering information.

I love how customizable the website makes any file. Its exactly what I was looking for in order to fill out various forms due to the pandemic. Ways to communicate are different now and this website is definitely with the times.

It works well in that you can fill out the form, but it would be great if you could move the text box once you've started. I was unable to do that and had to start over in some cases because alignment was off.
