Agency in Insurance

What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this product ,because it allows my agency to provide the client with the information needed. I really do not have any additional information to supply.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can service my clients fasters.

Terms of contract conditions and warranties are used to designate the responsibilities of the parties involved in the agreement. They are set out in a contract in order to determine remedies in a case of a breach of obligations on the part of either party.
Contract Conditions This means that each of the parties is obligated, or required, to perform a duty under the contract. The contract conditions determine the parties' obligations. A condition is an act or event that affects a party's contractual duty. It is a qualification that is placed on an obligation.

A warranty in contract law is a promise or guarantee from one party to another that the facts are true and reliable. In the case that those facts ever become untrue, the warranty is also a protection to the recipient to cover any losses that may arise.
When condition to be treated as warranty (1) Where a contract of sale is subject to any condition to be fulfilled by the seller, the buyer may waive the condition or elect to treat the breach of the condition as a breach of warranty and not as a ground for treating the contract as repudiated.
