I had the wrong EIN number on a 1099-misc.and it kept rejecting it until I got it corrected which made me frustrated until I saw it was an error in the EIN given to me and then I was glad that I used the service to correct the error.

So easy to use and meets all my expectations
Knowing that it's there when I need it. I only use it when I get a new tenant. It also saves my information so I don't have to enter it each time.
I can find any form that I need. I own a small rental business and I am able to fill out my lease and Pd filler saves it and I can fill out the next with just changing the new lease's name and address.

The site was a little bit slow
The site was a little bit slow, but it had tons of useful features, and I found the user interface much more intuitive than Adobe reader. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Wow!! I can not express how much of a life saver your program has been to me. Not only is it absolutely FREE! without needing a subscription, credit card or life story but the interface is user friendly with great options and choices. I love that I am able to download into my own drive afterwards and upload to any folder I choose as well. This is the first one of its kind that I have found, the features completely beat Adobe with the upside of not having to pay for three separate subscriptions of $14.99 to get one project done and downloadable to my computer. You can get your free transcripts immediately online. You can also get them by phone, by mail or by fax within five to 10 days from the time IRS receives your request.
