Well it seems to work OK but I am not thrilled about the price, I haven't used it that much but for anybody that does a lot of form applications it seems like a goods program to have.

To figure out the length of your cycle, begin counting on the first day of bleeding (which is also called cycle day 1), until the first day of your next period. The average menstrual cycle is about 28 days, but it can vary quite a bit.
Starting on the first day of your last period, just count out the average number of days between your periods (aka your average cycle length that you calculated) and that gives you the projected start date of your next period.
On average, bleeding will usually last 3-5 days but can range from 2-7 days. To figure out the length of your cycle, begin counting on the first day of bleeding (which is also called cycle day 1), until the first day of your next period. The average menstrual cycle is about 28 days, but it can vary quite a bit.
You start getting your period during puberty, usually when you're around 12-15 years old. Your menstrual cycle is what makes your period come every month. It's controlled by hormones in your body. Your period might not always come at the same time each month, especially when you first start getting it.
Cycles longer than six weeks are considered unusual. The length of a women's menstrual cycle can change throughout her life. Factors such as stress, extreme emotion (good or bad), weight changes, excessive physical activity and travelling can also cause irregularities in a woman's menstrual cycle.
At the beginning or end of your period, blood can be a dark brown/red shade and can have a thick consistency but it's also normal for the first signs of your period to be bright red and more liquid.
Brown spotting is often just sign of ovulation or your actual period starting. This is totally normal and nothing to be concerned about.
During the first day of your period bleeding may be light, but it typically becomes heavier over the next few days. Light bleeding that does not worsen and is not associated with the symptoms of a period is likely to be spotting.
