Go to Unofficial transcript. From the drop-down menus, select your campus or program and the type of report you want (that is, select Unofficial/Cur Earl/All Career to include your current classes in the transcript, or select Unofficial/All Career to leave them out).
How do I get my official transcript from IU?
If you last attended IU before 1965, we encourage you to call our transcript information line at 812-855-4500 before placing an online order. Because these requests require special review, ordering using our online/signature request system will better meet your needs.
How do I get my transcripts from IU Bloomington?
If you haven't been enrolled in the past five years, you must order an official transcript either by contacting the Office of the Registrar or using the transcript Request ordering system.
How do I get a PDF transcript?
Select Download Transcript at the bottom of the Transcript Details page to save or open the transcript. Double-click the PDF icon to view the transcript.
How long does it take to order a transcript?
If you are requesting your transcript to be mailed, the normal delivery method is through first class mail. Transcripts are produced one to three days after your order is received. Allow another five to seven days for delivery via the United States Postal Service.
How do I send my transcripts?
Official versions are often sent directly by your high school, either through snail mail or as an e-mail. Your school may also give you an official version of your transcript inside a sealed envelope for you to send yourself. If they do, do not open this envelope, as it will make the transcript no longer official.
How do I send my transcripts from one college to another?
Official transcript should be submitted by your counselor. If the counselor submits online, the transcript should be attached to your school forms. Otherwise, transcripts should be sent directly to the schools to which you are applying. Please contact each admissions' office for the exact address or procedure.
Can I send my transcript after my application?
Do not send transcripts at the time of application. After you submit your application, be prepared to send these copies to the admissions' office at each campus to which you have applied, only upon their request. Official transcripts will be required at the campus you elect to attend.
