It is very user friendly. I do not like that you have to use the eraser to delete text but otherwise it is way better than other programs I tried. I am also having problems opening pdf filler links on my business account because it goes to my personal account every time because it's on the same computer. I will call customer to fix the problem. Otherwise we are very happy with it!

I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the… I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. Open Microsoft Excel. It's a dark-green app with a white “X” on it. Click the search bar. It's at the top of the Excel window. Search for inventory list templates. Select a template. Click Create. Wait for your template to load. Enter your inventory information. Save your work.
Fine-tune your forecasting. Use the FIFO approach (first in, first out). Identify low-turn stock. Audit your stock. Use cloud-based inventory management software. Track your stock levels at all times. Reduce equipment repair times.
Open the Excel spreadsheet with the barcode data (e.g. a list with article numbers) or create your own list. Open the Barcode Panel. Mark the cells with the barcode data. Select the barcode type (e.g. Code 128). Click the button Insert Barcode. Finished!
Scanning Barcodes Into Excel Open Excel, and type “Inventory” or “Items” in the first cell and press Enter. You will need this as a label for the items later when it comes to counting your inventory. The cursor now appears on the first empty cell below “Inventory.”
If your products already have barcodes on them, then all you really need is a barcode scanner and some software. If not, you can first make your own barcodes. You can make up your own letter/number codes (e.g. ABC1234) for each of your products.
Create a master inventory report. Use a row for each item in each section and create column headers above the rows. Enter the first item name in the first row and column. Add the total value columns of inventory for each of the three sections.
Click 'Insert', Choose 'Tables', select 'Portable'. (click the arrow below Portable to create a chart. Select the table range (I.E. Choose the location of the new pivot table (new worksheet or existing one). Click 'OK'. Customize your Pivot Table as needed.
