Totally worth the money! You can upload pdf's that aren't fillable and make them fillable. There are also tens of thousands of pdf documents available for downloading - not just forms, but also sample motions and briefs actually filed in court. So it's also a great tool for research.

I wasn't sure what all this would do, but I LOVE it! It's nice to be able to scan a document in and change it without having to re-do the whole thing! YAY!

it is good but finding documents is difficult, and the UI is a little bit hard to use at first. Double clicking on a document should open it, but it doesn't.

Love the product, but would like a better digital signature section . . . Right now the email client/messaging is a little clumsy and customers are not able to properly sign and return docs digitally. They are too often still having to scan. Thanks.

What do you like best?
We use PDFfiller primarily for tracking and completing registration forms for the advanced trainings we provide to mental health professionals across the country. Manually managing these forms was a nightmare as our business started to grow. Once we started using PDFfiller, it began incredibly easy and hassle free to monitor who was registered for which trainings and when. the integrated PayPal and Stripe systems make it super easy to allow customers to pay registration fees immediately and we are notified as soon as that happens. Also, PDFfiller offers a digital fax line. In today's day and age, we are completely wireless and adding a hardwired fax line would have been such a pain. For 10 bucks we are able to digitally send and receive faxes which is very helpful when dealing with physicians and other medical providers.
What do you dislike?
We have only had one real issue with PDFfiller. At some point a few months ago, we had some issues with the PayPal/Stripe payment integration. We were unable to send receipts to our customer which was rather frustrating for us and them because of the amount of money people spend to some to our trainings. I reached out to someone at PDFfiller and a manager responded the next business day and said they would get in touch with the team who handles that part to get it fixed. Though I did not hear back, within a week or so the problem was fixed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. It is well worth the price for what you are getting.

How do you record a title?

How long do you have to record a title?
When done properly, a deed is recorded anywhere from two weeks to three months after closing. However, there are many instances where deeds are not properly recorded. Visit the County Assessor Most states now have additional tools available for free property title searches. You can find these on your state government sites under “county assessor.” You will have to select your county, and you can then search through the listed properties.

Title records are public records, usually held at the county courthouse, which lists ownership, encumbrances, liens, and other real estate interests and their priority for each parcel of land within the county.
