Nice service, but entering in text into some of the fields can result in wonky formatting if more text than can be displayed is entered. And it's not easy to re-visit the fields and edit/shorten the text.

Best FREE PDF filler
This site is both efficient and extremely useful! Out of all the pdf sites I have ever used, this one is the simplest to navigate and does not constantly try to get me to pay for a subscription. I love its many features and will continue to use it.

Their customer service is great. They take you seriously and reply with grace and find solutions for you efficiently.

Excellent customer service!
I used the pdfFiller when I had no access to a printer- it was efficient and easy to use. However this was a one off and thought I had cancelled my subscription. When I saw I was being charged I was concerned as I have no need for the service on a subscription, however I contacted pdfFiller customer services explaining my situation and I received a very reassuring reply from Max and the pending transaction was cancelled immediately. If I ever need the service again I wouldn’t hesitate to use pdfFiller or recommend them. Outstanding customer service.

I needed to print a Medicare form. Had some issues with printing--only the part I'd typed printed. I opened the chat window. How does a base year lease work?
In a base year lease, a base year is selected (usually the first year of the lease). The landlord agrees to pay the property's expenses for the base year. The landlord continues to pay the property expenses at the base year level and the tenant agrees to pay its pro rata share of any increases in property expenses.
