It is very user friendly. I do not like that you have to use the eraser to delete text but otherwise it is way better than other programs I tried. I am also having problems opening pdf filler links on my business account because it goes to my personal account every time because it's on the same computer. I will call customer to fix the problem. Otherwise we are very happy with it!

Can child support be dropped?
It may be hard to imagine, but you could (theoretically) opt to stop child support payments. It's worth mentioning, though, that you would be under no obligation to voluntarily put an end to court-ordered child support. However, your ex could (and likely would) file for a child support modification.
How do I drop my child support case?
Visit your nearest family court (or the one that issued your current child support order). Speak to the county clerk at the courthouse and request the appropriate paperwork to cease child support payments. Fill out that paperwork and file with the courthouse.
Can the custodial parent close a child support case?
It is possible to close a case with the Department of Child Support by requesting a voluntary case closure, although not all child support cases can be closed, even if both parents wish it. In some states, such as Texas and California, a case can't be closed if the child support is greater than $500 in arrears.
How do you fight a child support case?
You can't fight child support just because you don't want to pay but if your financial situation becomes different, you can file a motion with the court to modify the amount of your payments. You'll need provable grounds, just as you would to terminate support. The most obvious is that you've lost your job.
How long does it take to close a child support case?
Usually about 30 days. However, if the mother is receiving assistance from the State, the State has the right to continue the support case.
Does Child Support go down if you make less money?
If you are having trouble, because of a lowered income, in paying child support, do not hesitate to file a motion to reduce it. Parents who genuinely cannot afford to pay will receive a reduced amount or a long-term payment plan.
How do I get my child support payments lowered?
To lower your payments, you will need to file a motion in court to modify your child support payments. You will need to file this motion in the court that issued the initial child support order. Most courts have preprinted fill in the blank motion forms. You can check with the court clerk to see if they have a form.
How does unemployment affect child support?
Unemployment can have an effect on your ability to continue to pay child support. Non-custodial parents should note that a child support order remains in effect even if a parent is unemployed. Child support payments are necessary to help ensure that the child's needs are met.
