What do you like best?
PDFFILLER has been one of the best platforms I’ve used in client document transmission. The price is unmatched for the services available and the HIPAA compliance seals the deal.
What do you dislike?
The only downside is how long some forms such as registration can take to complete when adding in the initial fillable fields.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Many of my clients are throughout the country, so the ease of securely transmitting documents while maintaining HIPAA compliance is the best problem solved. I recently discovered the ability to have documents faxed digitally through the services and it’s cut down on my physical paperwork.

A contract or legal agreement containing a photocopied or faxed signature is deemed valid and enforceable in most states. If a document is a simple contract between parties, a fax is okay to use but an original signed document is better.
Fax copies can be considered legal documents and are often accepted as such in many agencies and establishments. Thanks to the almost flawless anti-tampering method when it comes to faxing, many businesses will accept a faxed copy of an original document, such a signed contract, as legally binding.
Most fax machines (that don't have two paper drawers) will just split it onto two pages, or shrink the text down if legal-size paper is not loaded into it. (However, this presumes that the recipient's fax machine is able to receive legal-size faxes.) You could also resize the document to 8.5 × 11.
A fax (short for facsimile and sometimes called telescoping) is the telephonic transmission of scanned-in printed material (text or images), usually to a telephone number associated with a printer or other output device. The receiving fax machine reconverts the coded image and prints a paper copy of the document.
Businesses often use faxes Faxing remains alive and well, especially in Japan and Germany and in major sectors of the U.S. economy, such as health care and financial services. Countless emails flash back and forth, but millions of faxes travel the world daily too.
fax servers have nearly 100% uptime, which assures secure, encrypted delivery of all your important faxes. For added protection, the fax Enhanced Security encryption technology provides maximum security for all your important and confidential faxes.
To get a legally binding wet ink signature, fax is often used to send documents from one party to another. A faxed signature is legally recognized as valid and is often used to confirm or approve many business and financial deals.
