I really like the ease in using this program. I have tried other PDF software but find them all very awkward to use. I am just not sure about the pricing. I assume I signed up for 12 months? This is a great program and I don't have to hand print documents when most documents are PDF anyway.

I've only used it a few times, but I think that I might be using it more over the next couple of years, as my daughter finishes high school and goes through the college application process! She's also on a couple of sports teams which require the same forms every year; it will be nice to have the info already entered and just modify some dates!

Very easy to use
I like that it notifies me when someone has completed the document. I also like how you can customize the fields between numbers and dates which makes it fool proof. Support is very quick to respond and helpful.
I have been trying to set up a document to copy certain fields throughout so they do have to enter their "name" every time, but I have had trouble trying to figure it out.

It has been pretty intuitive. Had some issues with a long 70+ page doc at about page 50 it was going blank. Help chat sorted me out telling me how to delete cache which sorted this.

How do you find meeting recordings in a team?
Sign in to Microsoft Teams. In the Teams' navigation bar, select the Chat icon, find your meeting, then go to the Chat history. You should see your video at the end of the history. Select the More icon > Open in Microsoft Stream.
Where are Microsoft Teams meeting recordings stored?
Meeting recordings are stored in Microsoft Stream cloud storage. Currently, the meeting recording feature is turned off for customers whose Teams data is stored in-country if Microsoft Stream isn't available in the in-country data residency region where the data is stored.
How do I view recorded teams in Microsoft?
You can download the recording from the meeting details and upload it manually to Microsoft Stream after the event. To find the recording for a live event, you can search for the live event and click the button “View meeting details” and the recording is under Live event resources.
How do you transcribe a meeting with a team?
Start Call Recording. To start recording, go to the meeting controls and select More options button > Start recording. Save Recording. Upload your video. Select the language. Hit “Transcribe” Proofread & Export your transcript.
