Support person was very professional and had a great deal of patience. Recommend some kind of tutorial or steps for getting started before filling a form. For example to edit steps 7, 8, 9. To save steps 3,4,5, etc. It would be great if a hot line number was available in some cases. Thanks again for all of your assistance. Open PDF. Click the “Open File” button to select the file you'd like to highlight. This will open the file within PDF element. Highlight Text in PDF. Go to the “Comment” tab and select “Highlight”. Save Highlighted PDF. Once you have highlighted the text, you can save the changes.
Select the Highlight Text tool from the Comment & Markup toolbar. Drag over the text that you want highlighted. The text is now highlighted.
Most likely because the file is composed of images (possibly scans) and does not contain any “real” text. If you can't select the text with the text selection tool then you can't highlight it, either. Use other markup tools, like the Square tool, instead.
To create a highlight, tap the center of your screen to bring up the Action Bar. Tap the Annotation Toolbar, then the Highlighter icon. Drag the marker with your finger to the end of a sentence or paragraph to highlight the text. To change the color of the highlight, tap and hold the text to bring the popup menu.

It can be from a website, a text message, whatever. Tap and hold on the text. Tap and drag the highlight handles to highlight all the text you want to copy and paste.
Tab on the “Highlighter” tool to select “Highlight”, “Underline”, and “Strike through” tool to markup PDF texts. Move your finger to the PDF texts on the page that you want to highlight/underline/strike through. Tab and select the texts, and the text will be added annotation then.
