The ability to create a document, upload a document, search and find document files, edit, and then fax or email to anyone anywhere right from the convenience of your laptop anywhere in the world. All documents created are saved in your account for return access, and activities (fax, email and receipts for delivery) are also recorded and saved.

So far I have not discovered something I do not like. I have uploaded, created, searched for online documents to use, and both faxed and e-mailed documents without an issue.

Can work and send from home, work, on the road. No need to hunt for a fax service / company; no need to leave where I am at to go fax a document; can work and send documents in the middle of the night right from home or while on the road; have been able to search and find online documents and upload into account for editing use; easy to share documents via PDFiller; you can send documents to anyone with an e-mail address - your recipient does not need to leave their laptop either!

Really easy to use
site is very easy to navigate through and honestly it has all the tools I need, would reccomend, but I do feel it should be a little cheaper than $20 a month!

I had a billing issue and customer…
I had a billing issue and customer support identified my problem and solved it with ease, no hassle, and immediately. Just good customer support. That makes the entire experience worth it, and the product worth paying for in my opinion.

Software works well
Software works well, I just don't like that they allow you to go all the way through editing your first document before slapping down the paywall.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

How long does it take to release a phone number?
There are a few things that have to happen to move your number from one carrier to another (this is called a port), and the elapsed time may vary depending on how quickly your current provider processes the port. On average, ports take 7-10 days to complete. However, they can take up to 4 weeks in rare cases.
How long does it take to transfer phone number?
Transferring or porting your number can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 24 hours. Porting multiple lines and porting landlines can take up to 10 days. It all depends on which carrier you are switching from and to.
Why is it taking so long to port my number?
Carriers don't want to port your numbers. It's that simple. The longer a carrier or SIP trunk provider drags its feet giving up those numbers, the longer the company can keep charging you. So, given the opportunity, the losing carrier will nitpick, fuss and draw the process out as long as they can.
How long does it take to port a number to Verizon?
How long does it take to port my number over? Wireless to wireless ports generally should take up to 24 hours, but could take longer. Landline to wireless ports generally should take no more than four days, but could take longer.
How long does it take for PAC code to transfer?
A PAC code should be given to you immediately over the phone or within two hours by text.
Can a phone company refuse to port your number?
Phone companies are required by law to port your number out when you start service with a new carrier. According to the FCC, a company can't refuse to port your number even if you have an outstanding balance or unpaid termination fees.
How long does it take for Verizon to release a number?
Wireless to wireless ports generally should take up to 24 hours, but could take longer. Landline to wireless ports generally should take no more than four days, but could take longer. Note: Actual processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the port and your old service provider.
How long does it take to transfer a number to Verizon?
There's no charge from Verizon to transfer your number. Your old phone will work during the transfer process, while your new Verizon Wireless phone will be able to make but not receive phone calls. Wireless numbers usually take 4-24 hours to transfer, while landline numbers can take 2-10 business days.
