Support Phone Notification: make editing documents online simple

The PDF is a common document format used in business, thanks to its accessibility. You can open them on whatever device you have, and they'll be readable the same way. You can open it on any computer or phone — it will appear same for all of them.

Data safety is another reason we prefer to use PDF files for storing and sharing confidential data and documents. That’s why it’s important to find a secure editing tool for working online. PDF files are not only password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service, which allows document owners to identify those who’ve accessed their documents and track any and all potential security breaches.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows to create, modify, sign, and share PDFs directly from your internet browser tab. Thanks to the integrations with the most popular tools for businesses, you can upload an information from any system and continue where you left off. Work with the finished document for personal needs or share it with others by any convenient way — you'll get notified when a person opens and fills out it.

Use editing features such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Add fillable fields and send to sign. Change a document’s page order. Add images into your PDF and edit its appearance. Ask your recipient to fill out the document. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

Follow these steps to edit your document:

01
Browse for your document through the pdfFiller's uploader.
02
Click the Tools tab to use editing features such as text erasing, annotation, highlighting, etc.
03
To insert fillable fields, click the 'Add Fillable Fields' tab on the right and add them for text, signatures, images and more.
04
When you finish editing, click the 'Done' button and email, print or save your document.

I like everything I have tried with the exception of the fact that I cannot download a fillable form to my desktop. I wanted to make a form that I could pull up quickly on my computer when I have a new patient intake. It only allows a link and too many steps to make this a good alternative to the paper and pen format I am currently using.
