The forms are good but they would be much better if the user could "snap to" the proper location when typing into a box. Without a "snap to" type guide it is difficult to place the cursor in the correct location within a box and especially difficult to get columns to line up.

Initially, it was a bit confusing. However, after using the program a few times, I am delighted. I very much like the fact that I can take a printed form, scan it, and then fill it in and print it. The result is very professional looking. Still not sure how to change fonts.

The user interface takes some getting used to after using DocuSign for 8 years. However, the customer service is second to none and has made the transition as smooth as I could have hoped for! Top notch to say the least!

Step One: Ensure you have the receipt with you from your retailer. Step Two: Make sure the receipt has the Serial Number for the Switch. Step Three: Contact M.M. Soft Malaysia SDN BHD. Step Four: Send the Switch to M.M. Soft Malaysia SDN BHD. Step Five: Wait until they call back. Step Six: Switch repaired, collection time!
