I cut off the bottom part of the document. I'm trying a reprint, now and will select "fit to page" on my printer preferences to see if that works.

The proximity of the watermark feature is to close to the scroll bar.

Very helpful tool, and easily accessible on the go!
Great tool and helpful to keep business going while traveling or on the go.
Simple, easy to use format. I could access it while on the go and get work done without having to log into my laptop.
When trying to "save as", it takes a few more steps than I'd like it to.

Easy to use and easy to understand format, it made me feel like a pro lol, and I love the feature of being able to download your copies to your computer in either a PDF or a Word file, personally I dislike PDF files but if you have to send or receive them this is the perfect tool to do it with. Have already recommended it to several friends and family.

How do I activate my US Cellular phone?
Call 1-800-766-9811 to activate your device. If you do not know your PIN, a customer service representative can provide that to you when prompted. For your protection, your wireless device cannot be activated until you call U.S. Cellular from a phone other than the device you've purchased.
Can you activate a phone online US Cellular?
After you have purchased your compatible device, place your order online or visit your nearest U.S. Cellular store to obtain a U.S. Cellular SIM card and select a U.S. Cellular service plan. Yes, we welcome re-activation of devices. However, Analog, TDA, and Non-GPS capable devices are ineligible for activation.

Will my phone work on US Cellular?
They both run off the same software technology, GSM. GSM devices are compatible across the board. All Sprint, Verizon and US Cellular devices are not compatible with one another when you switch carriers. The Google Nexus 5, 5x, 6p, 6x is also compatible with all carriers that run 3G and 4G LTE speeds.
Can you switch SIM cards in US Cellular phones?
US Cellular states: Can I take my SIM card out of my 4G LTE device and use it in another device? No. The SIM card must remain in the same device that it was shipped with at all times.
What number do you call to activate your phone?
Call (877) 807-4646 from another phone to activate your 4G LTE plan. This would be unnecessary if your SIM card was already 4G enabled on your previous device. The aforementioned number cannot be called from the new Android phone.
How do you activate a Verizon phone by yourself?
insert the battery. Replace the battery cover. Charge the phone. Turn it on.
How do you activate a flip phone?
Dial *228 then press the SEND button. For Home Phone Connect, dial *228 only. When prompted, press 1 to begin programming. Press 2 to update the PRL only. Wait for up to 2 minutes while the network links the service with the phone.
