Outstanding Online Support
I have used Pdffiller for the past 4 years to file tax returns for an investment group with over 40 members. I made an error when creating my template and when I went to print the 40 documents an erroneous number was appearing, the result of my error in creating the document. Fortunately Pdffiller has an online support staff. So many online companies require you to submit a ticket and then promise a 24 to 48 hour response time. Pdffiller offers that option but they have an outstanding online chat support. I had the benefit of working with Ryan and got access to him immediately upon opening up the online chat support. This was in the evening but Ryan thoroughly researched and tested my issue. Sadly the only option that appeared to be the answer was to create a new set of 40 documents which Ryan was willing to teach me how to create the docs in way that would avoid this error. When I expressed my issue with not having another 6 hours to re-create my work, Ryan persisted in finding a work around that was very creative and saved me from over six hours of new work!!! Needless to say I was ecstatic!!! Thank you Pdffiller for not only a great product but an online support staff that truly cares about helping customers get the results they require!!

This is a great tool and is full of features that I really need for editing, exporting, merging and printing documents. I like all of the supported file formats and may use the routing features in the future. The pdfFiller will import huge .pdf files and allows you to save just one or two pages from that file for editing. It offers alot of flexibility and performance features which I appreciate for document management and workflow.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a ********** and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding. How do you sign a deed?
Signing as a deed requires those very words and the signature of the person “making” the deed. The signature should be on the document itself approximately in the space provided. The words of execution should name the signatory or otherwise make clear who has signed the document.
What does it mean to sign as a deed?
A deed is a written document which is executed with the necessary formality (that is, more than a simple signature), and by which an interest, right or property passes or is confirmed, or an obligation binding on some person is created or confirmed. Deeds are generally enforceable despite any lack of consideration.
What is signing as a deed?
A deed (anciently “an evidence”) is any legal instrument in writing which passes, affirms or confirms an interest, right, or property and that is signed, attested, delivered, and in some jurisdictions, sealed. It is commonly associated with transferring (conveyancing) title to property.
What does execute as a deed mean?
Section 45 states that an individual may execute a document as a deed if: the individual signs the document. The document is expressed to be an “indenture”, “deed” or be “sealed”. And. The document is signed and attested to by at least one witness not being a party to the document.
Why use a deed instead of a contract?
The underlying theory is that a deed is intended to create a 'solemn promise' by one party to another, whereas a contract is more in the nature of a bargain between two parties. (Having said that, a deed is often used by businesses to exchange something of value in the same way as a contract).
What is the difference between an agreement and a deed?
The main differences between a deed and an agreement are that: There is no requirement for consideration in order for a deed to be binding. A deed is binding on a party when it has been signed, sealed and delivered to the other party, even if the other party has not yet executed the document.
How can a company sign a deed?
two directors of the company. One director and one company secretary. Or. for proprietary companies only, the sole director who is also the company secretary.
Can you electronically sign a deed?
Yes you can use electronic signatures. When executing a deed, for the electronic signature to be valid, you must ensure that the witness is physically present when the signatory is signing. When executing a deed, return the entire document and signed signature page (not just the signed signature page).
