The ease and operation was fantastic. I get confused very easily with all the new technology. With PDFFILLER I was able start at file I found in the browser and fax it, import a file and email it without any trouble. I will be using this a lot.

It beats my hand writing. I would be nice if it did the calculations also. But you can't have everything. I'll probably be only using this for my state tax. There on line program stinks.

Excellent PDF Software Overall, this is an excellent software for businesses for the many things you can do with the program. I like that you can use forms previously created by other users of the software, or create your own forms as well. The software is user friendly, and provides all the functions we need in our business. Unfortunately, that you have to pay to use the software. I understand that everything comes with a price, there are developers, etc. Considering the functions it provides, it is worth paying.

Paul worked with me for nearly and hour trying to figure out why my form got skewed. I shared out my screen with him -- he diligently and carefully figured out the problem and got it fixed. What do you like best? The fact that you can make templates for repeat use. That saves me a lot of time. What do you dislike? The cost is a little high for what I use it for- just doing some monthly billing for a handful of clients. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It saves me time and I have a lot of difficulties filling out insurance forms by hand as the fields are so small.
