trying to find the right form that was not already filled out. Also you need to add the ability to erase to the lowest membership level. You can do a couple of things such as restrict the number of new forms per month, offer a 1-5 form only fee, or only a 1 month membership fee. In the past 3 years I've used this service only twice now as I am not a business.

Ease of accessing documents, editing, uploading from pc, internet, and other sources. The ease of sending copies to clients or others via email. The safety of the process is great.

The proximity of the watermark feature is to close to the scroll bar.

PDFfiller Review Overall, the experience is very good. I plan on using it for a very long time. It's very easy to navigate. PDF Filler makes it easy for small business owners as myself to have the professional look when conducting business. It's a lot of features that I don't need. Great customer service. My Employer needed a form off their website, and he had signed up for the subscription, the following month his credit card **** was almost a thousand dollars- so, myself, the office manager, I knew my boss only needed the one form he went on the website for, I went on the site,started talking to a live help agent, (very nice and helpful) I explained the situation, was asked basic information, and was told within 5 to 7 days the refund would be back to my boss's institution. Without any issues, or problems. This company is very helpful and has GREAT Customer Service! 5 stars plus! thank you!

What do you like best? Easy to redact, sign and comment on documents. Great workflow What do you dislike? Only web-based interface. I would like a desktop version too. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use if you find DocuSign to be limited in editing functionality. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
