Great app! I use it fill out and sign forms online. Before PDFfiller, I had to download, print, fillout and then scan completed forms to retain a digital copy.

The only thing I really had a problem… The only thing I really had a problem with is that I completed what I thought was a "free" form and then had to sign up for a free trial. The actual program is very useful and helpful and relatively easy to navigate through.

My printing is horrible. This allow me to fill out legal forms without having to do them over and over. I will say getting the cursor right where you needed it was difficult.

Great tool for PDF format It's good to have it and override feature added on Smaller storage, clearer version, can override it, often use PDF format due to easier for storage, while others take too much storages It's not free and commercialize product, so it can be personal use. It has limited features when it's not upgraded to an override version

The filler was not completing all of… The filler was not completing all of the number I was trying to type on Florida's RT-6 for example Box 2 & 3 1,600.00 would come out 1,60 .00 Boxes 12a for the employee instead of 4,000.00 would come out 4,1 .00 With Shannen's help I got a work around. The program needs to be fixed.

Definition of First Call Resolution First-call resolution (FCR) is an important contact center metric and element of customer relationship management (CRM). The term is self-explanatory: a contact center's ability to resolve customer problems, questions or needs the first time they call, with no follow-up required.
In customer relationship management (CRM), first call resolution is properly addressing the customer's need the first time they call, thereby eliminating the need for the customer to follow up with a second call.
