Systematize Watermark Resolution: make editing documents online a breeze

The PDF is one of the most popular document format for numerous reasons. PDF files are accessible from any device to share them between gadgets with different screens and settings. You can open it on any computer or smartphone — it will appear exactly the same.

Security is the main reason users choose PDF files to share and store data. PDF files are not only password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service allows document owners to identify those who’ve read their documents in order to track any and all potential breaches in security.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows you to create, modify, sign, and share your PDFs using just one browser tab. It is integrated with major CRM software to edit and sign documents from other services, such as Google Docs or Office 365. Once you’ve finished changing a document, you can mail it to recipients to fill out and get a notification when they're finished.

Use powerful editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Change a page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Collaborate with users to fill out the document. Add and edit visual content. Add fillable fields and send documents to sign.

Complete any document with pdfFiller in four steps:

01
Get started by uploading your document.
02
Click the Tools tab to use editing features such as text erasing, annotation, highlighting, etc.
03
To insert fillable fields, click the 'Add Fillable Fields' tab on the right and add them for text, signatures, images and more.
04
When you've finished editing, click the 'Done' button and save or email your document.

Easy to use, but seems like a lot of steps to go through to get to the documents and to save them to my computer. I have to save it to my computer to print it because printing from the program doesn't get it all printed on the 8.5x11" paper so leaves information off.

Still on free trial period. Have used it twice and very easy to understand. Filled in a large medical form of 6 pages and had no hassles As I loaded it for my home use and probably will only use it occasionally I think the cost may be unjustifiable for me to continue with it which is a pity. But it is a good product

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
If you make you watermark too small and have to scale it up a lot you will lose clarity and quality. Anywhere between 500 and 1000 pixels wide is a good size that will work for most image sizes.
IMPORTANT: The size and proportion of your watermark file needs to be based off of the dimensions you use for your high resolution images. Your watermark must be under 500 MB, and under 4000 x 4000PX.
Generally, a watermark should: Be placed in a discreet area of the image that does not interfere with the view of the image, but will make it more difficult to remove or clone out. Have limited text. If the watermark is small, then having text will be all but near impossible to read.
FYI: Watermarks won't appear on photos less than 800 pixels on the longest side. The default proof watermark will apply to the Large display size and photos larger than 801 pixels on the longest side. Custom watermarks can be set to apply to any size down to the Thumb display size.
Photographers who share their images online and choose to use a watermark usually do so for four main reasons: ... They feel that a watermark will allow viewers to more easily find and quickly identify their photos and brand as images get shared around the Web. This can be highly beneficial for marketing purposes.
Watermarks DO NOT Protect You From Piracy In no way, shape or form, does a simple watermark protect you. The only exception to this is a full image watermark, the kind that stock photography companies use to protect images. These are impossible to remove completely.
Use at least 50% Opacity The lower the opacity, the easier it is to remove the watermark and the less visible the artifacts will be. It is mostly better to use an opaque watermark rather over a small area than a translucent watermark over a large area.
Double-click near the top of the page to open the header. Move the cursor over the watermark until you see the four-headed arrow, and then click the watermark to select it. Under Picture Tools, select Format. Try selecting Recolor, Brightness, or Contrast.
