It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

2 things I would like to see changed. The original custom color selector was better than the these presets that are available now. The other is the sizes of the font jump by twos, an input to put in a custom font size would be great

When filling out 1099-misc form, it would be beneficial for the information on the first page be copied throughout the other copies, as they are the same.

I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Customer focused with good features I find Pdffiller to be one of the better online services of its type. As well as having many features in a fairly easy to use interface, their support is responsive and very customer focused. They offer a full feature short trial (requires credit card details, which some people may find off putting). It's straightforward to cancel. If you're looking to pay for an ongoing service, I recommend pdffiller.

Was able to use site, but site is not mobile-friendly I tried using this site on my mobile phone and would recommend only using a PC; the site is not mobile friendly. Otherwise after some effort I was able to upload, electronically sign, and send a PDF document.
