Thank You for an Amazing Program
I was having a difficult time creating a new document to file in my folders. I use this program now for all my note taking as I'm a Social Worker at a High School. The fill in bulk feature and the create from template has been life saving to me. I can easily generate notes on my caseload of students without having to go document by document. It has helped with my organization and the customer support has been Tier 1, there hasn't been an issue that I haven't had solved same day.

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Kara and some others were so great in helping me learn to do that. They were so patient and courteous! It was a pleasure to work with them as I am not computer savvy! Used the product a few times (PDF editor) and really liked it but disn't use it enough to warrant purchase. I forgot to cancel the free trial and was charged the annual fee a few weeks later. The company immediately refunded me when I requested it, and did so without question or issue.

I have been using PDF filler for two years and I am very satisfied with the product. For the first time today, I could not figure something out and sent a question to customer service. Within a very short time I got a response that solved my question. Great customer service.

User Friendly
So far, it's been great. Seems very user friendly, I had one issue where I couldn't find the Sign Now button (that could be made more visible or made as the default), I emailed Support and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.
