At first, I was outraged that I had wasted 2 hours to fill in a form, only to realize that I couldn't afford what they were asking for me to print. So there was 2 hours wasted. I sent an email to PDFfiller, explaining my outrage, but then they gave me 30 days free! So I could then print out my form, it wasn't a waste of time after all! Great customer service.

In the body of the email message or calendar invite, enter the @ symbol and the first few letters of the contact's first or last name. When Outlook offers you one or more suggestions, choose the contact you want to mention.

If you make the category labels visible in Outlook, then you can see the messages in them. Those are the standard Outlook folders, not related to Gmail. I would like the Gmail messages I see in the Promotions tab online to go into a Promotions' folder in Outlook, but don't see any way to accomplish that.
In Outlook, tagging is called categorizing. You can create as many categories as you want, assign them colors, and then apply them to anything in Outlook emails, calendar events, tasks, notes, and even contacts. This not only makes it easy to search but also highlights your Outlook contents with a color.
Email Tags adds a couple of buttons to your Outlook ribbon/toolbar. Click Tag It to display the Email Tags screen. Email Tags has built-in intelligence to recommend tags to you. Alternatively you can type in a new tag or select a tag from your list of tags directly on that screen.
Outlook actually allows you to use @ mentions to do this, and it's really easy. In the body of your email message, just type @, then the person's name (no spaces), and a list of possible names will pop up: Just select the name, and the formatting will automatically change, so it stands out more.
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app. To the left of a message, touch and hold the letter or photo. Touch and hold any other messages you want to add labels to. In the top right, tap More. Tap Change labels. Add or remove labels. Tap OK.
